Four Suspects Arrested in Bullion Van Robbery Case, Lance Corporal Callistus Amoah Laid to Res

July 15. The incident sparked nationwide outrage and raised concerns about the security of bullion vans and the safety of the personnel involved in transporting cash.

The Police have been working diligently to apprehend the perpetrators and bring them to justice. The arrest of four suspects is a significant development in the investigation. The suspects are currently in custody and are assisting the police with their inquiries.

The loss of Lance Corporal Callistus Amoah in the robbery was a tragic event, and his funeral was held on Saturday. The Ghana Police Service, along with the government and the public, expressed their condolences to the family and colleagues of Lance Corporal Amoah.

Efforts are ongoing to ensure the safety of cash-in-transit operations and to prevent similar incidents in the future. The Police will continue their investigation to uncover any possible accomplices and hold all those responsible accountable for their actions.
