Self-directed students who take initiative in their learning process benefit from deeper understanding and connections between concepts.

In conclusion, teachers hold the keys to quality education and student success. By tightening the nuts and bolts of good teaching, respecting their students, and showcasing content and pedagogical knowledge, teachers can shape a brighter future for their learners. Emphasizing continuous professional development and incorporating 21st-century competencies into lessons will enable educators to inspire their students, preparing them for higher educational pursuits and the challenges of the modern-day world.
