Fylde remain deep in relegation trouble in the National League after a 2-0 defeat at Aldershot.

James Henry gave Aldershot the lead five minutes before half-time with his 14th goal of the season in all competitions.

But the home side had to wait until the sixth minute of added time to make sure of all three points as Josh Barrett pounced on a poor clearance from the Fylde defence.

A fifth defeat in six games leaves Fylde four points adrift of Dagenham in 20th place.
