Induction of International and Ghana National Officers for a Five-Year Tenure

In a momentous event held in Accra, the International Executive Council and Ghana National Council of the Great Commission Church International (GCCI) were inaugurated. Bishop Dr. Gordon Kisseih, Founder and General Overseer of Life International Church, led the induction ceremony for the Church’s officers, who will serve a five-year term. This significant milestone marks a new chapter for GCCI in its mission to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.

Leadership Composition

Apostle Joseph Felix Kwesi Mensah as Chairman: Apostle Joseph Felix Kwesi Mensah assumes the crucial role of Chairman in the International Executive Council of GCCI. Accompanying him are notable Vice Chairmen, including Apostle Dr. Samuel Vincent Ansah, Chairman of GCCI Ghana National Council, and Apostle Prosper Yawotse Nové, Chairman of GCCI Togo National Council. Together, they form a leadership team dedicated to steering the Church’s global vision and objectives.

Bishop Dr. Gordon Kisseih’s Inspiring Charge to Fulfill the Great Commission

During the inauguration, Bishop Dr. Gordon Kisseih delivered an inspiring homily, emphasizing the sacred duty of the inductees to fulfill the mandate of the Great Commission. He commended GCCI for its unwavering commitment to the word of God and encouraged the leaders to use the grace of God upon their lives to advance their ministries. Bishop Kisseih’s words served as a rallying call for the new Council members to embrace their roles with determination and dedication.

GCCI’s Growth and Founding Fathers’ Vision

Established on April 1st, 1991, on the University of Ghana’s Legon campus, GCCI has grown exponentially over the years, extending its presence to countries such as Togo, Benin, and Gabon. The Church’s founders, including Apostle Joseph Felix Kwesi Mensah, Apostle Professor Samuel Assuming-Brempong, Apostle Joseph Kwabena Antwi, and Apostle Dr. Samuel Vincent Ansah, envisioned a global movement of evangelism. Their vision continues to guide the Church’s mission to spread the message of Jesus Christ to all corners of the world.
