In a bid to elevate guest experiences and strengthen their commitment to individualized hospitality, Romantik Hotels, an international brand renowned for its family-owned and tradition-rich hotels, has joined forces with Mews, a leading provider of Property Management System (PMS) services.

Romantik Hotels, with a legacy of authentic experiences and warm hospitality spanning almost 200 hotels across ten European countries, has chosen Mews as its PMS provider due to its guest-centric platform that prioritizes experiences over processes. This aligns perfectly with Romantik Hotels’ dedication to creating special connections between guests and their environments.

Christina Neumann, Manager of Business Development at Romantik Hotels, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Romantik hoteliers put the guest experience before anything else, which is why we’ve chosen Mews as a PMS provider. Their guest-centric platform is designed to put experiences before processes, and it gives each hotel the power to curate distinct and memorable stays.”

Mews CEO Matt Welle reciprocated the sentiment, highlighting the shared passion for hospitality. “You can really feel the passion that the Romantik Hotels teams have for their work, which is why I know this partnership is a great fit. I look forward to onboarding plenty of hotels in the coming months and helping them to meet their ambitious goals.”

One of the essential aspects of the partnership is the seamless integration between Mews and DIRS21, a reservations and channel manager solution. This integration empowers all Romantik Hotels to centrally manage booking data via Mews, benefiting from automatic inventory and rate updates. This feature has been made available to other Mews hoteliers through Mews Marketplace, which hosts approximately 800 live integrations, simplifying the connectivity process.

Mews, a pioneering platform for modern hospitality operations, powers over 3,500 properties across more than 80 countries. Their solutions aim to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and boost profitability for hoteliers. The partnership with Romantik Hotels underlines Mews’ dedication to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of the hospitality industry.
